This definitely doesn't look as yummy as the Katana-Ya ramen noodles. Did Jon tell you that he absolutely loves them now? Also, we discovered that their fried chicken is pretty damn good!

Heh. Jon said you guys went at 1am or something, but he didn't say specifically that he loved Katana-ya. They used to have a crab croquette there that was really, really good, too. I don't see it on their specials menu anymore, but I wonder if they still wouldn't make it if one asked. I haven't tried the fried chicken there, but it looks good, too.

I will verify that indeed I do love Katana-ya. I have in the past been a bit ambivalent about Ramen, but Katana-ya convinced me that great Ramen is indeed a super tasty and satisfying meal.
Their fried chicken is super, too. I like it better in the Ramen than by itself, but either way can work.
Absolutely! I'm not sure it's on the menu, but if you're really hungry, you can ask for 'extra noodles' for another buck or two. It's very good on a cold, winter's night.
