Avocado BLT sandwich at the Gapeteria with Jeff for lunch. It was pretty good. I mean, bacon! who can object to that? But even the best sandwich is still just a sandwich. The beef soup noodle (again!) from Tea Garden with Marvin for dinner. Tonight's pizza was pepperoni, spinach, and sirarcha. I wasn't quite sure how to put the spinach on the pizza. I thought they just put it raw on top at Lanesplitter, but it definitely didn't turn out as well as theirs. The spinach just got dry, wilt-y, and burnt. I guess I'll try putting on cooked spinach next time. Or putting it below the cheese? Or just rinsing it in water a little more? I dunno. I'll figure it out some time.
