Beef noodle soup for lunch from the Tea Garden. It was really good, but pricey! Dinner with Chang and a gaggle of Chinese Chamber of Commerce people at Coriya. Hot pot's all right. I was there mostly for the company.
Made plain ice cream tonight -- just milk, cream, and sugar. I wanted to make a completely neutral flavor before I started to add stuff (chocolate, vanilla, etc.) to it. It turned out pretty well. I really like the flavor and texture of it. My dream is to make many different tea-based ice creams. Some day!
