Carnitas burrito from El Faro for lunch. It wasn't that good. Average. I was a little disappointed. There wasn't a lot of stuff in it and it was pretty loosely wrapped. A pomelo and a pizza (pepperoni, pepperocini, and garlic) for dinner. I did something different this time -- I made it in an oiled sheet pan. That's one of Chang's moves. It certainly gave the crust a nice, olive oily flavor, but I think I stretch the dough too thin to do it like that. It gets a little soggy and doesn't hold up so well.
