Chinese fried chicken...
Chinese fried chicken drumsticks and pigs in a blanket (sort of, I used pizza dough for the blanket bit) for lunch. Wonton (pork and leek) for dinner. The wonton was just okay. I like the taste, but the pork doesn't have a great feel. It might need a litltle more fat or something to bind everything nicely together. Maybe even pull out the food processor and chop everything up a little finer.
