Gumbo from Neeto's for lunch...
Gumbo from Neeto's for lunch. I liked the jambalaya I had last week, so I thought I'd give the gumbo a shot. The flavor was pretty good, but it's way thinner than I like, and I thought the chicken was dry and kind of bland. Oh well. I'll have to make my own again. Penne pesto for dinner. I took the leftover pesto oil and made what I hoped would be a pesto paratha, but it really wasn't. It was like a straight paratha. Nothing special.
