Lunch with Auren from the...
Lunch with Auren from the International Food Court. I went to the Burmese place to get the chicken coconut curry noodle soup that I love so. I like the way they package the soup and the noodles separately, so the noodles don't get soggy on the walk back to the office.
Dinner with Michael at Watami, the new shabu shabu/ramen place on Geary. It was okay. Average. I liked the soup and the toppings, and I really like the way you can add curry to a bunch of the ramens. Anchovy and pepperocini midnight pizza. The pizza turned out pretty well. I wish I had a little more anchovy, but it was a good balance.
I'm back! I was in Los Angeles over the weekend which explains, but does not excuse, my lack of posting over the last few days.
