Pho tai (rare beef) for lunch from the pho place at the International Food Court with Jeremy, Dayo, Sean, and Emily. The pho was okay. Average. It wasn't nearly as good as the curry beef noodles I had there before. I have to admit that I'm a little disappointed. Spaghetti with salmon and capers for dinner. I made a sort of cheesy (mozzarella and Monterey Jack) Béchamel sauce that turned out all right. Unfortunately the salmon came from a can, and it was the weakest link. It's kind of dumb, I was a Trader Joe's tonight and I could have picked up something from there. Still, I'll rate it above average.
I'll go to Trader Joe's again tomorrow to see if they have any anchovies. They didn't have any tonight.
