'Mandarin' noodles from New Ming's. It just wasn't that good. It wasn't bad, but just sort of 'meh'. It's like they took a little bit of whatever they had lying around the kitchen and threw it together with noodles and a corn starchy brown sauce. Carnitas super burrito from Gordo's on Clement. The carnitas meat itself was pretty good, but the burrito has a whole just never came together for me.
Breakfast burrito from El Faro for lunch. It was just sort of average, not as good as the breakfast burrito from Love's. It was chorizo, eggs, ham, and beans which sounds like it could be nothing but a home run. Ribs at home for dinner. I thought they turned out okay, but it'd be nice to get someone else's opinion some time.

Ham and cheese(!) soon doobu from the soon doobu place in jtown with Michael. It was ... interesting. I don't think I'll ever order it again. Because it was cheddar cheese, it tasted kinda like a strange combination of soft tofu and macaroni and cheese.
