The lamb turned out all right. Yay! The shank part was absolutely awesome. The crust really didn't stick to the lamb as well as I would have liked. It fell completely off of the bottom. I'm not sure how to change that. Maybe make the rub a little drier? I think I also want to cook it a little more. I took it out when the internal temperature was 150 and it was medium rare (which is great for beef, not so good for other meats.) Next time I think I'll let it get up to 155 or 160.
